The WaterCut series | Precise and compact in 2D & 3D

Looking for a CNC guiding machine that offers precise and compact cutting in both 2D and 3D? Look no further than the WaterCut series. This solid and highly precise gantry construction machine is specially developed for continuous use in waterjet cutting, with or without abrasive. The latest version of the cutting system can even be equipped with a waterjet rotator for 3D processing of flat material, making it an efficient tool for weld seam preparation up to 45°. The machine’s high dynamics are transferred by a low-set gantry, digital AC servo motors with backlash-free gears, and precise stainless steel linear guides in all three axes.

With the addition of a high-pressure pump, the WaterCut can process almost any material without thermal impact during the cutting process, including all metals, hard stone, marble, bullet-proof glass, ceramics, plastics, corrugated cardboard, foams, and composite materials. The machine’s dual-sided driven and guided gantry ensures excellent cutting quality, sharp angles and corners, and an extremely high contour accuracy.
